Our story

National Optical was established in 2001 by Alex Mueller and Mike Materazzo, who already owned Harts Couriers in Sydney and OCS in Melbourne, respectively.

Both seeing an opportunity to branch out nationally, they joined forces to form National Optical Distribution to deliver seamless, high-quality and efficient optical logistics across Australia.

Their priorities of delivering exceptional service while building genuine, lasting relationships are still the hallmarks of National Optical today.
